The Abylsen group has an ambitious recruitment programme. It has to recruit at a rate of at least 350 consultants per year to provide its clients with expertise in innovative technology and thus reach its growth targets. Beyond this quantitative aspect, Abylsen recruitment is characterized by a serious concern for quality. This can be seen not only in its requirement levels as regards the talent of its recruited consultants, but also by the quality of the methods employed in its recruitment process. These methods, to which specific attention is paid, are part of the OPERA approach (Optimization of Processes for the Excellence of Abylsen Recruitment) launched at the beginning of 2011.
